Multi Criteria Analysis (MCA) is a widely accepted process for evaluation of multiple potentially conflicting criteria in decision making, which allows options to be compared in a more analytical and quantitative method.
BNV Consulting carried out MCA’s for the road train solution and Non-Process Infrastructures locations for the Hotham North project. BNV managed the completion from initial methodology establishment, analysis criteria agreement to workshop assessments and documentation. The MCA’s supported the South32 project toll gating requirements.
